If you already have three or more years of professional experience, and the job is fine but the pay is not, this is the path I built.

I am Hassan. Aerospace engineer turned project management consultant. I was stuck at $3,500 a month. I quit, took notes for a year, and figured out the contracts. First seat was about $8k a month. Then $12k. Then $14k at Morgan Stanley. Then $18k a month take-home at Canada Life. That is a consulting role, paid through your own corporation, not a payroll salary. The academy takes professionals with at least three years — accountants, analysts, engineers, programmers, ops — and in 90 days trains them into Data and AI PM consultants who can land contracts at $10,000 a month or more. I coach it. You are not handed a PDF and left alone.

What you actually get

Frontline knowledge from ten years of notes, condensed so it feels like you have already sat in the seat. Three certifications, not one: PMP, PSM, and CPMAI. The PDUs you need to qualify for the exam are covered. I sit with you on the PMP application. If I do not think you will qualify, I tell you before you pay.

A real portfolio piece. On one contract I had to build resource and demand management for about 200 people in Power BI, on a Microsoft Project cloud back end. It took me over 200 hours. In the program we build a custom PPM together. First screen by hand, so you know Power BI. The rest with AI agents, over a weekend, not 200 hours. That goes on the resume.

Contract hunting, so you know how to talk to recruiters and hiring managers. Then a first-90-days module, so the first weeks on the seat are not a panic.

AI orchestration is in the program, not a side topic. Agents in an org structure, on a Jira board, one Scrum Master bot posting tickets for the others, human in the loop on review. CPMAI can wait until you are already on a contract. PMP and PSM are the two that get you in the door.

Why a single certificate is not enough

Most project management courses teach PM in a bubble. You can spend a year on the theory and still not know how it hits a data or software desk. You will not know how to sit the interview, or what to do in the first 90 days.

Communication is not smooth talking. It is knowing the work. If you have the knowledge, you can say the thing. If you do not, charm will not cover it.

How the path is ordered

Real seats first. Then the resume and the portfolio. Then the certifications in the place they actually earn. Reverse learning on the exams: the questions that show up, not eighty lonely hours of paper.

Order: mindset, frontline field knowledge, the PPM and agent build, then PMP, then PSM, then CPMAI when you are working. Weekly live calls. I teach it. You are not handed off.
